The 20th Century 50K and 100K Trail Run Aid Stations

You can expect aid at least every 8 miles. Water, energy drink and food will be supplied at each aid station. Your pacer can be on foot or on a bike. Muling is allowed.

These descriptions have not been updated to take into account the tunnel closure and bypass. Runners can download this 2009 event booklet with the details for the 2009 course.

Drinks: expect cold water and Coke. We'll also have various drink powders (like: Gatorade, Gu2O) on hand so you can mix to your own custom requirement. The sweep bike will have the same.

Eats: Normal selection of runner aid station snacks.

Eventually it takes you around the sewage ponds and turns to a dirt (reset your trip meter). Follow the forest road, left at 0.3m, over the bridge and then park at about 1.3m from the start of the dirt.
Note: runners will come out of the forest and turn left so do not block.
The trail leaves the road on the left and after 0.3m brings you to the Cold Creek campsite on the Iron Horse Trail (aid station).

Directions to Hyak Station:
Exit 54 is just East of Snoqualmie Summit. Leave I-90 at exit 54, turn south at exit, turn east (left) on Hwy-906, 1/2 mile turn right on Lake Keechelus boat launch road, turn right on next road approximately 200 ft.

Directions to Two Rivers Trailhead:
This is not an aid station but it is the best place to crew your runner in North Bend.
Turn North on Ballarat Avenue from downtown North Bend. After three blocks the trailhead parking lot will be on your right.
Find it on Google ..
46.5m : Two Rivers

Directions to Mt Si Golf Course Station:
Crew access at this location is discouraged based on parking availability. Our Station is located here because it is the only time on the entire course when the runner leaves the trail: very easy to go straight by mistake.
Find it on Google ..
About half a mile West back along SE Park St is a public park facility (Centennial Fields Park) with copious parking. Rather use this location for crew access or use the trailhead parking at Two Rivers School which is better than the Golf Course or the SE North Bend Way road crossing.
48.6m : Chris and Ike

Directions to 356th Drive Station:
From Fall City, head East on SR 202. After about 1 mile turn left (North) up 356 Drive SE just before a bus shelter. Follow the road about half a mile up the hill to the trail cross. Good road. Easy Access.
Find it on Google ..

Directions to Finish:

Changed from 2007:

From Seattle, follow I-90 east to SR 203 (exit 22). Follow SR 203 through Fall City around the round about to Carnation. You will pass Remlinger Farm and cross a bridge. The park will be on your left in a couple of blocks.
